Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We provide artworks & pre-production samples for your confirmation. We can send a blank sample for quality check or a customized sample with your logo (sampling fees may apply).
How do I place an order?
Simply select your product, upload your artwork/logo, and submit a quote request. Our sales team will send you a digital mockup and a formal quote within 24 hours.
Customization & Branding
What file formats do you accept for my logo?
To ensure the highest print quality, we prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. If you only have high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files, our design team can assist in converting them for you.
What branding methods do you offer?
Depending on the material of the product, we offer:

Can I see a preview of my product before it’s made?
Yes. We provide a free digital virtual proof for every order. Production will only begin once you have officially approved the artwork.

Do you offer a warranty on electronic items?
We offer a 12-month warranty on most electronic products. If there are any functional defects under normal use, we will provide replacements or credit for your next order.

Standard sample production usually takes 2-3 business days after artwork approval.
Mass production time usually takes 13-15 business days.
